Tuna instead of eggs in the morning??

    It is my first meal. First thing when I wake up i'll have the protein shake, oatmeal, and either eggs or tuna.

    Its not just all laziness. Honestly i am more burnt out on egg whites then i could ever be on tuna. Tuna i can choke down any day of the week. I mean its not like im replacing eggs with fruity pebbles or somethin.

          Nah I havent said anything about being lazy in a while. At least about the important stuff. :D I probably should have worded it differently. I basically meant that now that I am at school, it is a lot more convenient for my to eat tuna in the morning instead of eggs. Just wondering if eggs had that much of a huge advantage over tuna for my morning protein. (both go along with a shake of course.)

            you really wouldn't notice a difference in your body if you ate tuna instead of eggs. you should still include them at some point in the day though.

              Have the protein shake first thing, with out without the oats, then eat the tuna a little while later.

                i at times when im running low on time in the morning and in a rush I have some Tuna with a cup of oatmeal. It at times grosses me out but fuk it, still chug the thing down.

                  I have been eating alot of white albacore tuna lately. It tastes great better than the cheap tuna which this grinder shop gives me everytime I order there.
                  Eggs, Just got tired of eating them. something in me is just sick of them.
                  I wiegh in at 262lbs start my morn with Whey isolate shake 75 grams over next 2-3 hours coffee oatmeal.
                  Try eating 250 grams of protein a day without supplementing, it's hard and I'm only gettting bigger!

                          well i usually make my tuna with some mustard, celery, corn, cut up chiles serranos.

                          todaaay out of corn, out of chiles.

                          feeling risky. added some mustard, celery and...cut up apples???

                          haha i guess the post about applejuice and tuna by redback inspired me.

                            Ick. I usually just mix it with ketchup and choke her down. Was in a hurry to class this morning. After I ate my oatmeal I downed a can of tuna in two bites and less than 45 seconds. Mmmmm.

                              haha i hear ya

                              starting classes again next week. not gonna have much time for anything.

                              i think ill be preparing alot of meals over the weekend and just have them chillin in the fridge for when i dont have time during the week

                                just watch the albacore, has a much higher level of mercury then then the regular.
