When you say avocado, how much? A whole avocado?

Also, you don't go to bed at 9pm, you go to be more like mid night correct? you should have a meal closer to bed time.

I like avocados and they are good fats.

I have a meal right before bed, usually ff yogurt with some whey in it... Its only about 200 cals or have a shake of that amount of cals. Works for me... :P Looks good to me, except 2 cups of oats.. that seems like alot, but then again what is your goal?

Thanks everyone for responding. I eat a whole avocado a day. So I eat about half of it in the first meal and half in the second. As for the 2 cup, I was thinking of mixing them dry so I thought more would be better. I guess 1 cup of oat would be good?

As for the last meal, what about this?

i like the addition the lean ground beef, i dont think you were getting enough fat without it. only thing i would change is the milk in that last meal. to much sugar. mix it with water.

P.S. the fish oil i use is the costco brand. any good brand will do.

diet looks good bro. now stick to it!

I mean to change the oats to a single cup. I'm going to mix them in a mixer because I don't have a kitchen so I have to go to the commons to eat most things.

What time do you get up? I sleep midnight till 8/8:30 during the school year.

So I had to change my classes all around and of course that messed up my day. I have a new meal plan written out, but I need your alls advice about something. Because of this change, my workouts on Tuesday/Thursday are much later in the day than my workouts S-M-W-F Do you guys foresee this being a major issue with training or not such a big deal. Advice is very welcome.
