i workout in the morning and i have 4 boiled egg whites, 1 whole boiled egg, 4oz of oatmeal, flax, raisins, oats, granola, and almonds mixed in, and 1 glass of skim milk
nothing, I work out on an empty stomach since I go there at 530 in the AM :( I have to actually, I hate having any food in my stomach during intense anaerobic.

If Im bulking, a big arse slice of Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese the wrkout about 2 hrs later.
If cutting, 2 baked fish fillets(Talapia usually) and 1 cup steamed Veggies.
Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats with a scoop of Cookies and Cream flavor Isopure whey and water. Or a microwaved chicken breast and brown rice, or a can of tuna, strong green tea, seaweed sprinkles and brown rice. The last one is my favorite but I've been cutting down on the canned tuna to avoid consuming too much mercury and salt.
Chicken and rice about 1.5 hours before workout. There are times after my meal when I'm still hungry so I'll drink a whey shake about 30 min before workout.

lol, pizza is never a good pre workout meal bulking or cutting.
