    Bouncer's home made Tuna Cakes.

If your sick of plain old tuna like I am try this.

    2 Cans Tuna Drained

    3/4 Cup of regualar Oatmeal

    5 Tbsp whorstersire sauce

    2 Tbsp non fat mayo

    Few dashes of pepper

Mix all ingredents in a large bowl.

Make mixture into burger sized patties and place on hot skillet covered with Pam.

Let cook on both sides until brown.

    Thats it!

The mayo will help hold it together so you might want to replace it with something to help with that. The worch sauce is for the burger flavor. I am not a mayo fan either but these are good. here are the stats. 70 Grams Protein
      35 Grams Complex Carbs
      2 Grams Fat

it says non fat mayo. its not for taste, it helps hold it together. what the purpose of the Worcestershire sauce... just like any recipe what the purpose of anything? lol. it adds flavor. just give it a try and you can add or take away certain ingredients as you see fit.

Might sound gross, but you can add some diced celery and onions to the mix too and it'll kick it up a notch
