    from a little bit of reading, it sounds like you don't want your whey over 160 degrees or it will denature - below boiling. and i guess you should look for whey that is processed at a low temperature so it's not denatured during the processing.

    I would if they would only have it on TV here. They haven't had it on for a few years now since Fox Sports stopped owning the broadcast rights to it in the US. Now, some other company owns it and they only offer it on PPV. :mad:

    I have done it before. It does sort of taste like hot chocolate. The texture does change though so I assume that means damage to the protein. How much damage I dont know. Anyone have any info of whey's damage point related to heat?
