  • What do you guys think of my diet?

    here is my basic diet, let me know what you guys think about it

    meal 1. 10 egg white, 1 Table spoon natty PB, 3/4 cup oatmeal.

    workout 1 hour later

    meal 2. right after wo, 30grams protein, 60g dextrose.

    meal 3 45 mins later, 6 oz tuna, yam (around .75lb)

    meal 4 8 ounces chicken, broccoli

    meal 5 8 ounces chicken, 1/4 almonds

    meal 6 10 ounces talapia, 1/4 cup almonds


    and sometimes, depending on when i go to bed

    meal 7 10 egg whites, 1 tablesppon natty pb.

    I also pick on almonds from meal 4 on between nmeals. Probably another 1/4 to 1/2 a cup through out the day.

    i think its fine for an extreme cutting diet. i can tell you that you should be prepared to loose muscle on that diet. where are your carbs bro? you are going to be extremely weak on that diet.

      i had another carb meal in meal 4. but i find myself to be sensitive to carbs. SO i figured 45 grams of carbs in meal one, 60grams post workout, and another 45 in meal 3 gives me 150grams. I figured that plus added fat would help me still retain muscle.

      Would you add back in the carbs in meal 4, and cut some fat?

        have you tried this diet yet? do it for a few days, you are going to be starving.

          i've been on it for a week. i was getting hungry more often, thats why i ate the 7th meal the last 3 days.
