making no fat cottage cheese taste good

Ok, after lurking for a very long time I figure I'm ready to contribute something. I'm not crazy about the taste of no fat cottage cheese, so today I decided to make it taste better. I put some Tabasco on it, and it's pretty good. Kinda masks the cardboard taste completely.:D

its all good.....i was just thinking if you sprinkle a little chocolate flavored whey protein powder on top of the cottage cheese, it might add a hint of chocolate, but definately i am going to try this tonight and let ya'll know what i think about it.

i did it because i only had a little cottage cheese left and i needed more protein. i added a scoop of whey. i liked it.

ok, i am eating cottage cheese with the protein sprinkled on top....

its very tasty...adds a lot of sweetness in it...actually tastes like a cookie was grinded up in my cottage cheese, lol
