Thanks guys for your input on the fish oil.
Bouncer back to the orignal question, what can or should I do to change up the diet? my fat loss has slowed to a stop. If you use the BMR my intake and used cals are even so I need to drop 500 more cals per day.

i think the slowed fat loss may be more due to you over training and slowing down your metabolism. i know for myself, what you eat is not enough cals for me. i would lose weight on your diet and i don't do any cardio at all.Originally posted by ROCKETW19 View PostThanks guys for your input on the fish oil.
