i have no doubt you will put on size with a +4000 cals a day diet plus 5 cheat meals a week. however i think if you stick to that kind of diet for more then 5-6 weeks the "size" will start to be fat gain. its a good quick shocker/bulker but i really would suggest you do it for a long time. unless of course you are running tren. lol

Might take me longer to pack on the pounds but at least this way they'll be quality - I've got time on my side...
I am also playing a lot of soccer in South GA heat/humidity - between Men's and Coed I play over six games a week with two of those being guest spots on two teams. I also have organized practice and pickups here and there at least 3 times a week. It has had the best leaning effect on my body I have yet to find....
Soccer ends about the time I plan on stopping my lean bulk - I had my diet for this fall planned out about two years ago and I owe it to myself to stick to the plan - Fall soccer will pick back up but I only plan on playing one to two games a week so I'm not too concerned about needing to change things up......
My body feels like a machine right now with all of this food - one ounce more and I would probably feel sluggish - it's a fine line....

off topic, anyone that doesn't have microsoft office and cant open up the word document for fogs diet should download www: OpenOffice.org - The Free and Open Productivity Suite its a full free office suite that works with all microsoft office formats etc. it will open word documents perfectly. downloaded it yesterday, work great.

ha, tell me about it. i added 1 more meal to the diet that i sent you the other day. eating about 3800 cals all very clean. last meal is 1 am. chocking down this bland dry shit pisses me off. lol. added in cardio 3 times a week at 30 min a session and that has helped to increase the appetite to eat 8 meals a day.Originally posted by fog_hat1981 View PostJust wanna vent - this sh*t is getting OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
