    Facts:
This is what I actually eat and have for the most part eaten for the extent of my cutting cycle. I used to eat some berries once a week but, I have given them up. Weight training consists of a 5 day split. Usually do one day of cardio a week. I am on 500 mgs test cyp and 400 mgs tren e this is my third week. I transitioned directly from the 200 mgs per week test cyp TRT into this cycle. I have been on this cutting cycle for 14 weeks now (original goal was 10 weeks could not get enough results in that time), after about 8 months of a bulking cycle where my weight peaked at 220 lbs @ 15% bf currently holding about 209 lbs I am not sure of my BF% right now I would guess it is around 12% In the last few weeks I have began to experience loss in upper body strength while slightly improving lower body strength. Arm and shoulder vascularity and definition have improved markedly as well as calves. Torso is holding fat in lower pectoral region and on the lower abdomen, lats are also still smooth from fat. I think I have lost very little if any muscle and my measurements have remained the same or slightly increased on my arms and legs. My chest and abdomen have seen some decrease due to fat reduction. Pecs have continued to thicken as well as the lats. I am 41 years old and 5’ 7” tall.
    Questions:

How can you help me with my diet? I think the fat is too high.

I think I need to reduce calories. How low can I go?

How much difference is the Tren going to make?

I have added reps in the weight training to increase calorie consumption. I am at 8 to 10 reps now with 8 to 10 sets per body part and I do a burnout set at the end of each workout. Should that change?

I cheat on Saturday night with high calories usually from simple carbs. Should I alter that in some way?

Should I add a glucose disposal agent?

    Should I add a thermogesic?

Do I need any other supporting supplements?

Anything else you can think of?

I will get some pics posted after editing.

P.S. This is all made up I am actually a 14 year old obese kid eating cheetos and drinking M Dew in Mom’s basement in Cleveland.

It would be better if there were more chicken and brown rice type meals as opposed to whey protien shakes but its not that bad.

Tren will harden you up but shuts you down hard too. The T3 works but personally I feel it eats muscle too. You haven't said about cardio and I thinks thats way more effective than any thermogenic that may just make you feel strung out.

I'd add 20 mins cardio to the end of your workouts, not hard cardio just 125-140bpm and see what difference that makes over 4 weeks. Then evaluate again

So you think I should eat the chicken and rice pwo or when I get up? Or both
I knew someone would say where is the chicken. LOL
I will start the extra cardio today.
I am hoping the extra test will prevent muscle loss from t3. You agree or no?
      Thanks for the look.
