Lol at B for getting bashed for his height...

Diet looks solid bro - gonna meet you on stage one of these days - Nationals here I come and you'll be right along behind if you keep it up :P

Seriously though - you always have solid diet layouts - not exactly what I do in concepts but solid nonetheless - just don't let the diet down strip you of ANY muscle - that's the key to the whole contest diet as it is - end up looking washed out otherwise.... That and you lose muscle :D

i am always changing and critiquing my diet. i am not afraid to try new things etc.. that's really what its all about, not being afraid to change things up.

i may be cutting out some carbs (not a lot) and adding in more fat. what are your thoughts on that?

I'm the same way - just have to remember to stick to one thing long enough to really know what's working - changing too often (even just slightly) can really skew what you *think* your body is responding to...

I work well with higher carbs if they're clean and in moderation while getting ready for a show/dieting down - you've mentioned before you are more carb sensitive than I am if I recall correctly. Fat/carb cycling approaches work amazingly well on some and on others not at all - just don't try stuff too close to a show - if you have a contest coming up lay out the ENTIRE diet and stick to it no matter what - high fat/low fat it doesn't matter. Just have to stick with the plan and adjust for the next contest(s) but stick to the original plan you come up with and even if you want to second guess it later don't - you'll never know what works/doesn't work if you don't....

I second guess everything even when I shouldn't - it's a curse I am doing my best to break - it can ruin the best of intentions without even knowing it's happening - just write out the best laid diet plan you can come up with and stick to it - you can pick it apart all you want for the next time around as long as you don't change it before the show you wrote it for....

i also have issues with different "experts" that are actually very knowledgeable people in the world of bodybuilding telling me to do completely opposite things. if i did everything they told me i would get no where. one thing that is universal with all of them though, they all tell me to increase my dosages 4-5x's the current amount i am using. not feeling that but realizing that is the reality of it all.
