Good points here. 10 responses with the same advice can be a little much. That's more of a forum etiquette thing than anything else. On the other hand, its obvious DNA has a passion for bodybuilding just like you guys do, and it comes through on his replies, even if they are a little off sometimes.Originally posted by fog_hat1981 View PostI can agree but only to a certain point - it's really hard to listen/learn when your mouth is always open - he could learn more by simply reading as opposed to putting his spin on RVERYTHING - the thread he gave bigscott advice on but didn't know what orange roughy was comes to mind every single time I watch him make a post that is exactly what you/someone else has just posted...
If you make a response on a thread that contains solid advice I don't typically follow you into it - the only time I add to it is if I think you're slightly off or to throw another perspective in the mix - I might even say I agree but you won't catch me copying ANYONE - that isn't learning and it dang sure isn't helping/teaching/giving solid advice....
And Mr. Incredible - listen to B - he has said everything I would have added by now :P
Some of us on here (DNA, myself, etc.) may not be near as advanced bodybuilding wise as you guys are. I'm glad I have you guys to learn from as I'm sure DNA is. One of the things I always loved about this site is the fact that competitive BBers and average joes just getting into it can talk amongst eachother without being judged for being at more of an intermediate or even novice level. A lot of forums arent like that. Its stuff like this that reminds me of some of those "other" forums...

So I've been sticking to this diet and I'm pretty pleased so thanks Bouncer, Redsquirel and dna. One thing I've noticed it really helps to add spinach or brocoli to the meals just in small amounts, otherwise I get a bit blocked up feeling, and this morning I did lean steak mince instead of eggs for the same reason, back on eggs tommorrow. I have senecot drinks on standby but the brocoli def helps digestion.
Anyways I'm getting tighter and keeping on with the low intensity cardio, 30 mins walking after my workouts

Umm ya I notice this all the time also, Even this thread I was thinking the same thing but you just came out and said it.Originally posted by fog_hat1981 View PostUmmmm.... Because basically you wait until someone else has posted legitimate advice and then you put it in your own words - when you post *original* advice nine times out of ten you end up being corrected and then you have to go back and apologize....
Im much nicer than that,lol.
For nutrition I pretty much just read. I know how to make a diet but some of you are way above me in the nutrition dept so I just read.
Mr Incredbile are you outta GH already? did you notice anything on the waist line yet? I do agree with B I cut the shit outta carbs when I wanna drop some lbs. Good luck on the new diet. I will be in here soon for a revamp on mine

Nothing buddy, and thats since dropping the GH and T4, deficult to tell since I've changed my eating habits but my stomach possibly looks better since stopping the GH. I increased the cardio from 20 to 30 mins 3 x a week and if anything lowered the intensity. Clearly I'm adopting this way of eating now so principly cutting out carbs beyond the post workout malto dex drink and eating relatively low carb during the day.Originally posted by ROCKETW19 View PostMr Incredbile are you outta GH already? did you notice anything on the waist line yet? In terms of meds, I've now dropped the propionate but upped the enanth so;
250mg enanth monday and thursday, 100mg nandrolone phenyl propionate eod, 25 mg aromasim eod now (it was too much at ed). Only other thing I found was slipping in 50mg winstrol Zambon 2 x per week pushes away any nandrolone induced clouding (prolactin or whatever).
I'm getting leaner all the time but its very marginal and thats exactly how I want it, slow fat loss. The GH has its place but all things considered its way over priced. You need some aas and thats it IMO
