    Let me know what needs to be changed here. Thanks

    Meal 1 (6 AM)
    1 cup of oats
    3 Whole omega-3 eggs
    3 omega-3 egg whites

    Meal 2 (9 AM)
    Protein Shake

    Meal 3 (12 Noon)
    1 cup of brown rice
    2 cups of broccoli
    6-8 ounces of chicken, or lean fish
    Tbs. EVOO

    Meal 4 (3 PM)
    Protein Shake

    Meal 5 (6 PM)
    1 cup of brown rice
    2 cups of green beans or broccoli
    6-8 ounces of chicken, or lean fish
    Tbs. EVOO

    Meal 6 (8 PM)
    Pre-workout Need help with this.

    Meal 7 (10PM)
    Post-workout Need help here as well.

    protein shakes alone is not a meal. add some natural peanut butter to those.

    more protein in meal 1. add a scoop of protein.

    anyway you can change the time at which you workout? you want some carbs in the pre and post meals but as the last meal of the day its not preferable.

      I can go before work. So if I wake up at 5am and get to the gym at 5:30 how would I go about the diet?

        keep the first meal the same and eat it before the gym.

        post workout i would suggest 40-50 grams whey isolate and 50-60 grams maltodextrin.

        rest of the meal should be as you laid out.

        last 2 meals should be protein and fat only.

            keep us updated my friend. dont be afraid to post problems you are encountering etc..

            you may need to adjust some things etc.. its all about trial and error.
