Shit guys im realy fucked in the head right now. Im down 4lbs and up 1% in BF from 4 months ago. I knew I was lighter but I couldnt see going up a percent in BF.
Im hoping I was just a bit dehydrated today I will re-check next week but I dont know.
Im realy pushing my cardio to the point where sometimes I come close to throwing up. My diet is clean for the most part execpt fridays dinner and sometimes on saturday. (diet is posted in the "carbs or good fat thread")
Any ideas why this happens? could it just be me being dehydrated? :dunno:
