  • Down 4lbs up 1%bf WTF?

    Shit guys im realy fucked in the head right now. Im down 4lbs and up 1% in BF from 4 months ago. I knew I was lighter but I couldnt see going up a percent in BF.
    Im hoping I was just a bit dehydrated today I will re-check next week but I dont know.
    Im realy pushing my cardio to the point where sometimes I come close to throwing up. My diet is clean for the most part execpt fridays dinner and sometimes on saturday. (diet is posted in the "carbs or good fat thread")
    Any ideas why this happens? could it just be me being dehydrated? :dunno:

    OOOPs forgot to post weight. Im down to 230lbs from 234lbs. and I was 8.?%bf to a 9% even. That means I lost 4lbs muscle and gained some BF. something is realy wrong with my diet?

      How did you message your bodyfat? Most tests have a standard margin of error. YOurs may be within that zone

        OK I went and checked my paper work I was 8.7%bf and it went to 9% that I can live with. but still dropping 4lbs and BF staying the same isnt good.

        I use some crazy machine called "Inbody" at my gym. It is supposed to be pretty good???? but hey what do I know. Im sure there is error but I figure it will make the same error so I can at least tell if Im going up or down?

          forget the measurements. what do you look like in the mirror compared to 4 months ago. are your abs more visible etc..?

            In the mirror I dont look "big" anymore! Abs are probably more noticable but I think that has to do with me training the shit outta them. I used to only train them sometimes before.
            Overall I would guess Im just smaller same ABs. muscles look a lil flatter than normal also now that I realy look at myself. Shit Thanks Bouncer I just got a slap in the head from the mirror, I need more carbs????

              lol, rocket. you need a clear vision here bro. you need to set a goal and you need to understand how to execute it.

              what you have been doing isn't working. you have gained bf and lost muscle apparently. lets see your diet as i laid mine out. carbs, proteins, fats, cals in each meal etc. if you dont know you need to get to it and break it all down. lets get the ball rolling here.

                  OK "B" I changed my diet some from last week I will use the lables for the facts and the stuff I dont know I will use the website you linked for me.
                  But where is your diet so I can copy the way you typed it out?

                    I wish it were that easy. Im only on 250mgs test E and 2ius GH. test will stop in about 2 weeks or so.
                    I know its the cardio that is causing the problems but Im just not smart enough on nutrition to counter the training.
