  • Protien intake - intervals

    So we all know that 50g protien about every 3 hrs is optimum for men, certainly if they're on. But lets say I want to get more than 300g protien in or i've been a bit slack during the day so want to make up during the evening.


    What is the closest interval between sittings, would I be right with about 1 1/2 hrs?

    Tonight for example I've missed a meal during the day so I want to just get the protien level up to and since I'm not training tonight and I've had my protie and carb meals I've just slammed back a couple syntha 6 drinks about 1 1/2 hrs apart, will finish with a meat meal later.:D

    click on training and use the protien calculater on the right hand side, according to this I need 416 grams protien to make gains. Thats a couple extra protien meals needed right there since I currently sit around 300 grams per day, only way I can thik is protien drink but again what is the minimum interval?

      2 hours i would say. just take it as a loss and do it right the next days.
