  • Clean Bulk? Advice? What do you guys think?

    Can you guys let me know what you think im 195 at 13% Im going to do a clean bulk. Im running 500mg week of Test E, 300mg week of Tren A, 30mg Winstrol and 1mg Adex every other day. My diet is as follows im trying to replace some bodyfat with muscle after my clean bulk plan to go on a strick pre contest diet.

    Meal 1: 6egg whites 1 yolk, 1 cup Brown Rice

    Meal 2: 2 scoops whey protein, 2 tbs all natural peanut butter

    Meal 3: 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup Brown Rice

    Meal 4: 2 scoops whey protein, 2 tbs all natural peanut butter

    Meal 5: 6 oz Chicken or Fish 1/2 cup brown rice or 1 Yam

    Meal 6: 2 scoops whey protein

    make it 4 whole eggs and a scoop of whey in the first meal.

    get some fat in meal 3. (1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil)

    meal 5 should be something like salmon or flank, not chicken.

    get some fat in meal 6 (2 tbsp natural PB)


    cardio is essential on a clean bulk. 30 min every other day, moderate walking on mild incline.

      dont forget veggies. frozen broccoli, frozen strings beans etc..

        Yea sorry guys forgot to mention I mix veggies in and do cardio 5 days a week 30 mins walking on an incline ill post pictures to give you an idea of my body type
