Damn man, variety is the spice of life. You need to change that up a bit.

no way - i have to keep it very strict and i don't like spending much time in the kitchen. this is easy and convienent. i do add extra lean hamurger paties in there on occasion. or turkey...

sounds simple and effective, G!!! I like it!! I'm all about convenience!! Do you even incorporate veggies into your diet? Seems like you would be missing out on their nutritive and antioxidant benefits!! If not, maybe you should incorporate some sort of good multi or super greens powder into one of your shakes!!

Seems low in fat to me, I would try and get some omega 3's in there. Fish oil caps are very inexpensive.

Goliath, have you ever tried dieting on moderate fat and lower carbs? I dieted down well with about 350 p/100 c/ and 100 f. I centered my carbs around pre/during/postworkout, and then threw in about 30g in the morning.

that's how i usually diet, but i stalled out at about 10.5% BF 3 weeks ago. so I changed it to this and dropped doen to 9.5 as of today...I'll switch it up again in a couple weeks. I think rotating mod carb/low fat does well for me...

this works out to around a 60/20/20 macro split. i'll start this next week and see how it goes.

I train on occasion with Goliath and can say that the diet needs to stay the way it was. He has never been this lean or hard, granted it could also be the drugs, but I think its the diet. Anyone who wants to lose BF% fast, try Goliaths diet, it works. Goliath, keep up the hard work its paying off.
