    What are some of the meals I should eat before my fight? I dont have to cut weight since I am a heavy weight. So I was wondering if there was anything that would help? When you eat something how long does it take to effect you?
    I always hear people say carb up? does that work?

    the night before the fight have a big bowl of pasta. the day of the fight eat clean sources of carbs and not to much of them. for meal 1 have a 1 cup bowl of oats maybe with some fruit mixed in. dont want to fill your stomach to much the day of the fight but you definitly want a good mix of complex carbs and simple carbs leading up to the fight.
