Just curious what everyone does to get their veggies in during the day while at work?

Without being minded to what I am eating I tend to find myself always with meat and rice or meat and potatoes. Even when trying to eat healthy I never feel that I eat any veggies as I am not a big salad person unless I head out somewhere and order a chicken breast and a house salad.

I am considering just bringing some celery in a bag and snacking on it throughout the day while in the office, but what else do you do to get your in? I am curious about some good options and possible prep to make it a decent snack food.

Final item... Is there a particular time of day I should aim to get in vegetables?

celery is worthless so no dont do that.

cook up some fresh frozen green beans or broccoli and bring it to work in tupperware just like you would your meat or rice.

have the veggies with each of your whole meals.

I am surprised you would say that. Celery has a lot of fiber and pretty much zero calories, so it has a useful place in one's weight loss regimen as a filler food.

Yes, sweet potatoes as I have yet to see a store sell actual "yams" in my area.

I love broccoli and uncooked spinach they are both yummy and high in fiber. I eat green beans at night, as well as peas.

I am in no position to be giving advice but I recently started taking Veggie Greens I think 1 scoop = 3 serving and I add it to my shake in the morning.

Just something to look into I guess.

I usually cut up the fresh vegetables on the weekends and put them in Ziploc Bags.
Green, red, yellow peppers, celery, broccoli, cucumbers, carrots, squash, and zucchini are usually my staples along with several small fresh tomatoes and fruit in a small cooler with my other meals for those 8 hour days.

I am bulking, so I use a supplement that's the opposite supplement used by vegans. It's called Greens Plus, and it can be bought at a Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, ETC... It supplies you with all the goodies in veggies without having to take up stomach space that I could use for other foods. I mix the powder form with my protein shakes, and Wha-La you got veggies all day long, and they equal up to 4-6 table spoons a day. You can even take i if all you got on ya is water, and the Greens Plus of course. There are a couple different brands, which are all located near the Greens Plus in the stores. Pretty much all are close to being the same, but I prefer Greens +.
