When I first got into bodybuilding, the only protein I used was soy. I had about 150-200 grams of it a day. I also normally have low testosterone levels and high estrogen levels, and I never got gyno from it. I had that protein for probably 2 years before swtiching to whey. Needless to say whey definately has better muscle building properties than soy. But just to answer your question, I never saw any gyno from that much usage of soy. Hope that helps.:)
todd had my buddy switch over to soy for the last show he did he came in very well -
with that said he had a girl i know do the same getting her ready for a figure contest and all she did was cramp and bloat from it -- dropped it and went back to whey -
imo the benefits of soy are way over hyped and have no place in bodybuilding -
i will have a diet setup by todd so will be interested in seeing if he puts soy in as i get close to show time

see, there is something to this. why whould these diet gurus be pushing soy if it was so bad.
