  • My New Diet

So, I have been gear'n up for another run and this time I want to do my body right so I talked with some nutrion nuts..

Here is what we came up with.....

    Meal 1
1 six ounce piece of chicken
    1 glass fruit juice
2 pieces of whole wheat toast with some low fat PB.

    Meal 2
    Muscle milk

    Meal 3
1 six ounce piece of chicken (I just bake a batch and baggie it up for the week)
    1 cup of rice
    salad
    1 cup of fruit cocktail

    Meal 4
    Muscle milk

    Meal 5
1 six ounce fish / turkey / chicken (I have a list to mix it up)
    Large baked potato
    1 cup of broccoli
    1 piece of fruit

    Meal 6
1 cup dried fruit or 1 cup of any fat free snack..

I am 6 foot 255 Still need to get BF done....

    My cycle includes

    weeks 1-4 20 ml dbol
    weeks 1-10 3 cc's test e split between two injections at 1 1/2
    weeks 12-14 nolva for PCT

Goal is to try and shed some fat while bulking up as much as one can...

cardio = 3 times a week 5 min warm up 15 min run (30 seconds on / 1 min reg speed) 5 min cool down..

    Any thoughts???

With your first meal why low fat PB? and what time is your last meal? your sixth meal is the worst part of your diet.

To be honest... it's like a car... I am not a mechanic so I take it in to get fixed.

The guy I have talked with is a certified fitness coach and nutrition specialist. But still, I come to this site to just check with everyone as I want to get as much info on this subject as I can...

so to answer your question... unsure... I am not a nutritonist, but can tell you I was wondering about 6th meal as well. and I am trying to be done with all my eating by 7pm....

other then that I drink so much water I feel bloated like a whale...

      I am open for suggestions...

I am huge on health fats and PB is one of my favorite so for me regular PB every morning for sure. :)
Don't worry about the water bloat it'll go away.
And back to your last meal...when I diet I try not have any carbs after my fourth meal and I count my post work out shake as a meal so you shouldn't have anything with high sugar like dried fruits for your last meal instead have your chicken, fish or turkey and bunch of steam vegetables for your last two meals. And you say you weigh 255 and from my rough calculations you are taking 200 grams of protein a day so you can have one more protein meal.

So , just swap out last meal with another piece of chicken and I am set... and just regular PB in morning....

          thanks

Make sure it is NATURAL PB. Regular PBs like Jif or Skippy have a lot of hydrogenated fats in them that are added to make the PB consistent and easily spreadable and these are obviously not very good for you.

Always store the natural PB bottle upside down and stir well every time you take some out of the bottle and it won't go dry on you so easily.

              Meal 6: 7 pm
