  • How much protien?

    Stats,

    5'8"
    180 lbs.
    8% bf

    Diet is clean but not sure how many grams of protien should I be consuming to maintain mass while cutting fat?

    Or gaining mass?

    i usually go with somewheres between 1-1.5 grams protein per lb of body weight

          I try not to go lower than 1.5 grams per pound of total bodyweight.

            well.....8% is what the scale says, but I dont know how accurate the thing is. I forgot what model it is but its this scale that measures weight and bf%, water %, and a few other things.

            Was like 50 or 60 bucks. Maybe the scale is just being nice, b/c I dont see no abs. I can see a solid 4 pack, especially after an ab workout but thats it.

              Those scales that measure bf% are all a bunch of b.s. bro.
