  • Early AM workouts and food

    The only time in the day I can work out is first thing in the morning, so I have a few questions.
    Right now, here is my typical schedule -

    4:15am - wake up
    4:30am - take SuperPump250, glutamine
    5:00am - weights (SizeOn mix/drink during workout)
    6:00am - cardio
    7:00am - take BCAA Xtend, glutamine and a scoop whey protein and scoop of casein protein
    7:30am - 1 cup of Oatmeal, 2 scoops whey protein, and banana

    Should I be eating something before I get to the gym and workout?
    After I am done lifting, should I be eating anything before my cardio?
    Any suggestions?

      how do you workout on an empty stomach?

      i end up feeling like shit and no energy

      Get some carbs in. Nothin but a great fuel surge
