Can you drink too much water a day?

yup. about a gallon and a half here and have a hard time drinking that.

i wonder if he really gets that or if he drinks that or if he drinks a few bottles and assumes 3 gallons. lol

Don't get me wrong.....the drive home is usually a race, especially if I hit traffic. Ha ha. I go through three of the one gallon Arrowhead jugs a day. If I don't have one with me, I am tempted by diet cokes all of the time. So now, I just carry around my gallon jug wherever I go and my clients are all used to it by now.
