  • new help with protein selection in stores!!

i bargain on food for myself every week b/c i have a family.

here are my selections of protein in the store.

    chicken tornadoes
    14 in a pak
    20gr of protein each
    10$ 16% meat protein

    pinehill chicken breast
10pieces for 30$ pure chicken breast
i would say more protein than tornadoes
    its expensive

    or lean ground beef
4 sticks in bag for 10$
454g in each stick 21 gr of protein in 1/4 cup (125g)

i have a good built 200lbs 5'11 4yrs now lifting...well educated..i moved to canada newfoundland with my wife
its the reason why i need help with protein...i also take protein shake once a day 26grams of that a day.
its just the food is different here im from usa

HELP...i just dont think the chicken tornadoes are a good source of protein...
my training is well helped by a bodybuilder in usa

Just go to a local butcher regularly and buy some cheap stuff and meat on sale, just strike up a conversation with the butchers, I garantee after a bit they will cut you a deal unless they are complete asses.

Thats what I did and now I get a good cut off the price no pun intended.

Just figure its worth a try.

Do you have wholesale clubs in Canada? Buying in bulk is often cheaper - even if you can only get frozen chicken breasts.
