  • Always Hungry

I have been training with the most intensity I ever have, And I have never been as hungry as I am know. I will sit down eat a steak and sweet potatoe, then a half hour later be hungry and have some chicken and rice. The hunger has slowly been increasing steadily, I am just worried i won't be able to afford all this food because I have been gaining steadily. Do you think it could just be from introducing my legs back into the routine schedule? I feel like I am having a growth spurt like back in my teens lol.

What does your fat & carb intake look like?

8 meals a day @ roughly 400 cals at each sitting is alot. I'm wondering if you're not getting enough fats for energy, OR not eating the right foods with each other..
