If I eat the sweet potatoe I eat the entire thing. Skin is the best part, always eat it. A lot of people like cinnamon on them.

Dunno if you are a cereal person, wheetabix is bomb. Oatcakes to snack on. Cassava in any form - they make flour out of it and use it for tapioca etc (fuckin hate the shit myself but it's really good for complex carbs).

You can also try various wholegrain breads. Bran is good - I sometimes have Kelloggs All Bran for breakfast or as a snack.

Ya same here with sweet potatoes. I eat them pre and post workout. I take a large sized sweet potato, boil it and eat half pre-workout, and a quarter post workout. Save that other quarter for the next day.

You can get pasta made from whole wheat that should be even better than regular pasta for this purpose.

for carb loading and his purpose i would have to disagree.

if we are talking bodybuilding i would agree.

if you ever look at a football players meal the night before a game it is a huge bowl of regular pasta.

Tell me if you think this will work. Right now I am low carbs (like always) and 5 days before my fight I will start to carb up. I will do this for 3 days then the 4th day go low carb. last day and day of fight. Fight is at night, I will eat lighter but carb up again.
My question is the 3 days enough my research has be to belive 7 days carbing up. But i am only gonna fight 3 by 3 minute rounds max. But trust me it is not easy at all.

Also high carbs low to no fats?

Sorry.... I didn't read carefully. I agree with B, you want to carb load without too much fiber.

I have a reasonable amount of experience with carb loading, having done the Ultimate Diet 2.0 for 2 cycles.

The best carb load sources are milk, bagels, pasta and white rice. Limit sugars. Some small amount of fructose appears to be result in better carb loads though.

The trick is to find the carb source that is best for you. Some people bloat excessively with rice, for example. You need to experiment to find what works for you.

question #1. why are you always low carb? your going to have to get past this low carb thing because its not going to work when it comes to sports/fighting etc..

low carb is only for dieting bodybuilders. it really is not very good for anything else. i am eating tons of carbs right now. feel fucken great.
