ok -- i have settled on tilapia for my fish for the next 11 weeks -

would like some ideas on best way to cook it -- mind you i am getting ready for a show so it needs to be show friendly

I used to eat tilapia all the time. I knew that it was used to eat the shit at catfish farms but I never cared about it. Hell chickens are worse, imo.

My girl and I got real sick one weekend after eating some tilapia bought from the grocery store (local raised tilapia).

Not much longer a local fish supplier was nailed for buying tilapia that were from over flow ponds (the ponds where all the run off from highways, cow farms, etc..). It came to the surface that this is normal practice in many local areas.

I can't eat it now.
