    So a costco opened up near us, what's cheap to buy in there stateside?

    you can get 10lbs of whey for like 40 odd bucks here , my friend always gets his there - get your fish there / chicken there, I recently started adding in lean ground turkey so I could switch up my diet a little, getting stale with some of my recipes.

      everything is cheaper to buy.

      i get all my food, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, clothes detergent, fish oil, soap, etc..

        Cool. She got a bunch of chicken, ham, bathroom stuff, I'm gonna start marrinading, aparently it makes the meat last out longer, we gonna bag and freeze first then plan and marrinade, anyone got any cool marinades?

          why did you send the wife to costco? thats a bodybuilders place bro. you need to go and buy your beef, chicken, turkey etc..

                  "For a very fast flavouring for chicken, beef or pork I have been using sherwoods thai paste's, red and green curry.

                  Less than £1 and between 40 and 60 cals (depending what one) Less than 1g of sugar, just fry the meat in a litle olive oil or 1cal spray then add the paste. To do it properly you are ment to add coconut milk, but i just add veg to the green paste and a tin of tomatoes to the chicken and red paste"

                  there straight from UK forums bro - I dunno the conversions to lewes pounds tho :D

                    Man you crack me up, so they have £ in boston now lol, nah 1 pound a time ain't cheap I was thinking marinade cos it makes the meat last longer, something simple like oil lemon and herbs, I have an italian barber he'll know and thanks fore @the link

                      I buy all sorts of snacks from there, the family size bags are great. They don't really last that long tho.
