  • Sea salt

    Acceptable for me to season with sea salt or not? I realize its hardly different from table salt. Just wondered if I used small amount?

    sea salt is the better of the 2. why wouldn't salt be acceptable?

        I bought some sea salt then when I got home I realized my non-iodide Morton's says the exact same ingredients. Salt, Calcium silicate.

          sea salt is better !!

          i use a ton of it right now and i am getting ready for a show

          you need to take in a good amount of sodium everyday so dont be scared of it most people dont take in enough !!


          its what your putting it on that counts !! shit foods equate shit weight !! keep your foods clean

                  I thought because its NaCl that its not as good as food with natural sodium like Sweet peas, etc. It wasn't a statment of fact, rather the impression I got from people here.
