I'm actually going to have to try that. Something about it actually does seem like it would work.

I just tried it. Overall I would say it's kind of bland. Mostly taste peanut butter and a hint of banana every now and then (even though there is banana all over it). The texture was kind of off. Maybe egg whites only would be better but it still seems like something is missing. My son loves it though and he has never eaten an omelette's before (refused too) and the only egg he would eat is the white of a hard boiled.

lol, well he only had a couple more bites with the egg and then just opened it and at the peanut butter and banana out of it.

i tried it and I didnt like the eggs with it at all
