    I felt like I was just eating too much food so I cut that back. And someone on here told me I have been training too much cough, Bouncer go fuck yourself.
    And I am pleased to report the results are great, I actually leaned up lost some weight but now it is coming back and I am 10 lbs from where I was(started at 250 dropped to 230 and now back up to 240, and way leaner. I just think shoveling all that food down bogged down my metabolism and the over training in the gym slowed my gains. I really feel that a less is more approach, (not my normal nature) really was the way to go.

    I agree with the cutting back but instead of keep cutting back eventually I would go up again then cut again, combo manipulation

      na, more cals in usually mean faster metabolism when it comes to people who workout.

        I'm gonna cruise at 240 till beginning of March then I want 260lbs.
