Hey Everyone,
Need a little diet check to make sure I'm on the right track. A year and a half ago I weighed 281. I finally realized how fat I was and decided I need to change. I am now 210 but the weight loss is getting harder to lose. I know it will come with hard work I just need to make sure I am doing everything I need to to keep in check. Typical current diet:
Wake-Protein shake
Breakfast-3 eggwhites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oats
Preworkout-protein shake
postworkout-protein shake
lunch-chicken breast, mixed greens
snack-1 can tuna, mixed veggies
dinner-salmon or steak, mixed greens
before bed-1/2 cup cottage cheese.
I'm 5'8" and the scale says my bf is 29% but if fluctuates so much I dont know how accurate it is.
My workout split:
Chest/Tris/Abs/30min cardio
Back/Bis/30min cardio
Shoulders/Abs/30min cardio
Legs
Off
Repeat
