Growth Spurt at 24?

all jokes aside. if your feet and shit are all the sudden growing at 24 years old you may want to get it checked out. just to rule out some kind of problem with to much of some hormone being released etc..

I feel like I am going through a growth spurt; I grew outta my shoes over the past couple of months,became very lean with little cardio/diet changes. I have been extremely hungry my hands are numb and tingly all very strange, do you think this is even possible? Or am I :wack:

I just did some reading and actually this is possible.
