How much rice do you have to eat in one meal?

    That's right, that's what I was thinking too. I just worked with the data that were provided. Seems like we still do not know the answer. But I'm guessing that 125 dry and then cooked is a bit much anyway?

    For the moment I've switched to 62,5g dry rice and 62,5g beans, which is a lot less in volume. Is this still too much?

      I'm mixing in 50g cooked rice in my first 2 meals, eggs and chicken - then POW shake - then 100g w/46 grams protein tuna. But I'm also cutting, I have no idea - I just do what works for my body. I'll be switching up the rice to some potatoes next week, shit gets old after awhile (5-6 days lol). I also like mixing up collared greens - haven't touched broc, guess I'll throw that in anything to keep my hunger down would be nice.

      *those are just the first few meals btw - evening meals change up* (nachos and shit :D!!!! hah) :P

        perfect but at 95kgs I would go 3/4s uncooked brown rice. I have no clue what that turns into once cooked?

          White rice, uncooked: 1 cup = 185 grams White rice, cooked: 1 cup = 175 grams. Use your kitchen scale and check it out.

            Yea, but 1 cup of uncooked rice is more than 1 cup of uncooked rice...like bouncer said.
