    Hey, I'm hoping you guys can throw me what kind of calories you take in for your cutting diets. B, BigScott???

    for me, around 3500 is cutting. of course you know that number would go up or down depending on your size etc.. so sont start wating 3500 cals thinking you will get shredded. :P

      No, I just kept thinking I was eating too much...felt like I should be eating like 1300 calories.........

      I think 2800 is good considering my activity level.

              Shooting for 500 cals below maintenance would be a good place to start. Dropping to 50% below maintenance in combination with carb cycling would be even more effective
