  • Saturated Fats?

What's the rule of thumb most of you follow? For those trying to cut, do you count your TOTAL fats, or just saturated fats?

Anyone have a baseline gram intake for men & women...those wanting to cut & maintain?

Well in order to keep healthy, my nutrition book said 10% of your total fats can be saturated, and you'll be fine

Since we all are here to be healthy, i would say the minimum is the best.

Polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats are the way to go.

So, how many TOTAL fats do you take in a day? 30? Or 30 saturated fats?

Try this site UMMS: Fat Intake Calculator

For me it said to take in 92g of fat. So from that, 0-9.2g can be saturated fats. Other are a mix of healthy fats.
