  • Frozen Foods

I know that people say that frozen food isn't as good for you as fresh food. The thing is, if you go to a cheap supermarket, some stuff in the freezer is really the cheapest meat you can find for a certain weight and amount of protein. So what's the story about frozen foods? Is it really that much worse, or should I let the cheapness seduce me?

We buy frozen vegetables all the time, and just steam with. Nothing wrong with that.

I mean like, for example, frozen hamburgers, like a pack of hamburgers that you have to keep in the freezer. They look pretty industrial.

Hamburgers are very fattening, I hope you're not eating them on a daily basis.

But in general, yes frozen food is fine to keep in the fridge, as long as the food is not heavily preserved.
