  • need advice on diet

    To start I'm 29 y/o and 6' tall bout 260 lbs. 24 percent bodyfat. Just started a test cycle this week. Anytips on proper diet are appreciated. Ant do and don't would be great.

    What do you currently do for a diet - it's easier to start with what you are doing than make up one from scratch.

      this is pretty much the same everday.... i might switch a couple things around but generally the same thing.....

      rise at 730 eat 1/2 cup oatmeal with a little natual honey, 6 whites 1 yolk
      930 60 grams Pro Complex Protein
      1130 grilled/baked chicken breast 1 cup brown rice 1 cup brocolli
      1230 preworkout no-xplode, cellmass, medium red apple
      230 40 grams of Syntha 6 Protein
      500 grilled/baked fish fillet, brown rice, green veg
      800 chicken breast, brown rice, green veg
      1030-1100 30gr ProComplex Protein
      optimen vit, 2000 mg vitC, ostioBioflex before bed...... with water

      i have been doing this for a few months now.....

      i want to get the leanest gains out of this test cycle that i can.... obviously... and i'm running 500mg of test enathate a week for 12 weeks

        In thoes few months what have you seen happen? Are you staying where you were at dropping weight ,BF, size?

        How many OZ are the meat servings?

        what do you drink?

          i have dropped about 10 lbs since being on this diet for the last couple of months... i don't know how much bodyfat i have lost but i'm around 24ish now.... but ive gained muscle i can just about guarantee you i hav'nt lost any muscle only fat/water

          the chicken is usually one breast i don't weigh them
          the fish is not weighed either just a nice fillet.... not too big or too small hand size i guess
          every once in a while i might sub sum ground turkey breast for the chicken breast, maybe a lean sirloin also......

          i only drink water...... i try to get in 2 gallons a day..... the way i see it the more the better.... maybe i 'm wrong lol

            2 gallons water is good.
            10 lbs lost and probably added muscle? I would stick with this same diet while on cycle untill you hit a sticking point. I think your good to go.
            If you realy wanna get picky drop the shakes but I dont think you need to.

              i may just use all procomplex protein and drop the syntha6 i was just looking and the procomplex is 60gr protein 260 cal and the bsn is 44 gr protein and 400 cal......

              hell i could just hit one scoop of the procomplex at 30grams protein and 130calories and prob be just fine...... that would shave off a few hundred cals

              also the syntha6 has 12 grams fat to 40 gr protein
              procomplex has 0.5 gr fat to 60gr protein that's crazy lol

              worth worrying about?
