  • Always Tired ?

Im always tired can't figure out what im doing wrong and this just started to happen, im getting chronic yawning, baggy eyes, headaches, here is my diet.

8:30am Breakfast: bowl of wheat cereal and eggs

    12:30pm Lunch: lot of chicken

4:00: some peanuts (pre workout stuff) and one L-Glutamine and a Stacker 2 for a boost

Then I go and workout for about hour and a half.

    7:00pm after workout: 25 g Whey Protein, 10g Celltech, 5g L-Glutamine, banana

8:00pm Dinner: Chicken veggies whatever i can shove down the hatch.

I always get atleast six to eight hours of sleep

I think it may be the 75g of sugar in the celltech. This really sucks to because ever since this started happening my workouts have been a constant struggle to finish my days at work suck cause im so tired. I need some help on what the hell im doing wrong.

u need to eat at least one more meal in between meals 2 & 3. try a simple MRP. and for uour last meal have a good high GI carb ith your chicken and veggies like potato, sweet potato or yam.

Seems like your are eating less than 2,000 calories a day is my guess, and most of them in late afternoon.

If you are cutting and those are the calories you want you need to feed the body every 3 hours with 300-400 calories, or else what happens is you get huge spike in insulin with the cell-tech, which is most likely causing the tiredness. After the spike it's searching for more carbs and it isn't getting any until 24 hrs. later.

Also, you are working out quite a bit, for amount of calorie intake.

Unless something is wrong medically, which is always possible, yet these two items above are obvious and can be changed easily, the formula is always, train, eat, rest.

And good thing is you are doing all of them, perhaps not in right amounts, little too much working out, not enough food consistently. If you change those and you still feel tired, and it continues, I'd see doct.

      hope that helped
      good luck

Have you changed anything in your diet recently? Any new stress in your life?

Im pretty consistent with the diet and everyone has to deal with stress so i dont let it affect me like that, im thinking its the cell tech doing that to me. A big concern that im having is what TRIP brought up and thats the insulin factor and also i have heard people on here say it can lead to diabeties wich my family has a history of so I might need to see the doc.

Dude it maybe the crash from all the sugar in the Cell - Tech. I used to get if when I was on it. You should probably cut the Cell - Tech or lower the dosage. Sugar Crashes can really mess you up. They make you crave more sugar.

the dextrose in cell tech is enough to cause a big insulin spike that will make you tired.

also 12.5 hours between dinner and breakfast is a long time i always drink a shake with casein protein before bed i dont wake up famished in the morning as much

What are your stats, and what did your previous diet look like... we can make assumtions about the most obvious...i.e. insulin ireggularity causing hypoglycemia, but if this didnt start happening till your diet you need to analyze the changes you made and try eliminating/ changing various components to isolate the problem.

My previous diet was alot of carbs constantly and junk food, then i started reading up on dieting while training and try and go by what some of you guys are suggesting.

What the heck hypoglycemia sounds bad?

but would the spike from the sugar last all the way throught the night and then crash in the AM. Do you wake up feeling tired or does it come on later in the day?

The other thing I notice is that you are not getting any red meat. You could actually be getting anemic or B-12 deficient. When I had a fatigue problem it usually occurred around 3PM. I was slightly B-12 deficient and a good quality sub-lingual did the trick. Maybe you should just try a sub-lingual B-12 tab.

So, you work for 1.5 hours?
Are you sure you're not overtraining?

How many days/wk do you workout?

Seems a bit too much IMO.

IMO your not eating frequently enough. Time between meals should be no more than 3 hours at the most, maybe even 2.5 hours.
                            If I were you I'd eat at 8:30am, 11:00 am, 2:30 pm, 4:00 pm , 7:00 pm, 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm.
Cut the sugar and make sure to get some complex carbs at the 2:30 pm meal, like brown rice, yam, or oatmeal.

At 6'4" and 195 lb you are tall and skinny. You are NOT FUELING your workout appropriately.

                            What are your goals?
