Well I tried the oatmel in my shake uncooked and cooked and didnt care for it too much so I bought some granola and used that instead the granola was vanilla flavored and damn it was good.
1cup water
1/2 skim milk
1/2 cup granola van/flavored
1 banana
ice
3 scoops van/flavorder protein powder
very good give it a try.
