  • Spinach snack

Long time no post, once again...

I've been on a short lived kick so far to take fresh baby spinach, saute it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and then add a little amount of feta cheese and kidney beans.

Had it as a mid day snack the other day and my second post workout meal today. I'm sure just the spinach by itself is preferred, but does anyone see any speakable harm from eating with with feta and sauteed?

Agreed on the muscle part, but it's not a soft drink or candy at least.

The Olive oil is good for ya, the kidney beans have the protein as does the cheese and the spinach is full of anti-oxidants.
Sounds like a great healthy snack. Ill definitely try it. Sounds delicious, especially for cheese lovers like me.

        Thanks for posting.

Good stuff. I would eat it in between meals to keep up my metabolism.

dosent make sense. by that logic you could even between those meals to keep up metabolism. or even eat all day long for an even faster metabolism. lol

eat your meals every 3 hours and you good.
