    And yes, keto diets need some willpower. But they are effective for sure.

    What I would do is, on says i actually did a workout i would eat. On days I would not workout, i went carb free. It just felt good throughout the day because I felt lighter, lol. After a month I noticed that it was useless because the "weight" I lost on the weekend was gained back on Monday
