beef jerky

Any of you guys eat beef jerky as a snack? My snacks are normally beef jerky,rice cakes,almonds,yam or sweet potato baby food from gerber,or fat free pretzels, and fat free jello. What snacks do you guys eat between meals?

I gotta go down the store and get some; a guy opened his own store and I don't think you can find beef jerk that tastes better anywhere. It like paper thin but packed with flavor; wish I had some right now.

It's a good snack imo if you can tolerate the sodium well.

peanuts, almond butter on whole grain bread, assorted nuts, high fiber cerael or bars, apples, bananas


beef jerky way to much sodium for me bloat like a whale, they use nitrates to cure the "meat" which is cancer causing agent... all cured meats like hotdogs or ham
