  • Oatmeal Only

So I'm working on my cutting diet and I've been doing great but I'm trying to simplify it in order to be able to track caloric intake. I'm planning on only eating oatmeal as my source of carbs. Is that alright? Do I really need brown rice and sweet potatoes?

If you really wanted to, you could do oatmeal. I prefer brown rice over all. Has great taste, fiber, protein, and complex carbs. On top of that the glycemic index for brown rice is low.

I do things like that when cutting, they have packets of sugar free flavored oatmeal, I mix in a flavored packet with regular oatmeal.

Since oatmeal is so easy to make, i have found it very useful in my diet. I suck at cooking rice without a rice cooker, so oatmeal is great! Good idea!
