    I'm getting back into things after a year or so of on and off diet and training. I'm sitting at about 210, unsure of bodyfat. I'm hoping to be able to run a normal diet for a month or two and then try some carb cycling. Heres what I've been eating for a week or so. Anything I should change?

      Cutting for the summer then start bulking in July or August.

        Lookingat it, I would find myself hungry. Through some broccoli in the egg whites in the second meal. Or peppers would work.

          I don't think you have enough cals. What is your BMR? It is definitely short for bulking.

            I don't think its good at all. do you put on fat easily?

            I would redo 4pm and 7pm add fish and red meat
            Instead of 1c do a 1/2 c of oats and spread it out
            More veggies and fruit
