its hard and i stay full but its puttin weight on my uncle owns a resturant so the tri tip is free so is the chicken so that helps,I know its not the cleanest but there it is.

bro thats what i eat I have no reason to make it up the tritip is very thin sliceed I have 2 small chicken brests and the tri tip damn yall want me to take pics ? thats what I eat I mean it verys its not the same give or take but no bullshit thats what im eatting Im at 279 right now

i hate to always doubt you bro, i am not trying to be an asshole here but i just do not believe you eat anything close to what you posted above.

and if anyone is doubting what i am saying. give this diet a try. i dare you to try and eat that much food. i am sitting at around 260 as of this morning and i cannot even come close to eating that much food.
i train and eat with some 300lb+ guys and they cannot come close to eating that much food.

I think this might be part of the problem, a "cup" of rice or oats or whatever may not be the actual correct measurement. Or this belly buster meal, is it a 2lb sandwich or actually 2 lbs of beef measured out? Are you using a little digital scale or just eyeballing it?
