    meal 7- b4 bed 3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on bagles so 2 bagles with 1 large glass of whole milk mixed with 40g casin protein powder


    its hard and i stay full but its puttin weight on my uncle owns a resturant so the tri tip is free so is the chicken so that helps,I know its not the cleanest but there it is.
    meal 2 and 4.. come on bro. you are either confused or just making things up. lol.

    nobody and i mean nobody does that. your trying to tell me you eat 4lbs of beef, 1lb of chicken, a cheese burger and 4 cups of rice in just 2 meals?. about 7 lbs of food in just 2 meals.. is that really what you are telling me here bro?

            bro thats what i eat I have no reason to make it up the tritip is very thin sliceed I have 2 small chicken brests and the tri tip damn yall want me to take pics ? thats what I eat I mean it verys its not the same give or take but no bullshit thats what im eatting Im at 279 right now

              thats a meal called the belly buster at my uncles place forreal the cups of rice are the little stirafoam cups at resturants so it might not be a real cup ,but thats what I eat

                      what does it matter if it is think sliced? the bottom line is you are saying you are eating 7 lbs of food in just 2 meals!!! then you have 5 meals to go which would come out to about another 7 or so lbs. so 14lbs of food in a day.. lol. lets shave 4lbs off that just for shits and giggles. that is still 10lbs of food a day. lmao.

                      i hate to always doubt you bro, i am not trying to be an asshole here but i just do not believe you eat anything close to what you posted above.

                        and if anyone is doubting what i am saying. give this diet a try. i dare you to try and eat that much food. i am sitting at around 260 as of this morning and i cannot even come close to eating that much food.

                        i train and eat with some 300lb+ guys and they cannot come close to eating that much food.

                        if anyone disagrees with what i am saying please feel free to tell me i am being to hard on dfc. but i have just never seen anyone that can eat like that for anymore then a day if that.. has anyone else? bigscott?

                              I think this might be part of the problem, a "cup" of rice or oats or whatever may not be the actual correct measurement. Or this belly buster meal, is it a 2lb sandwich or actually 2 lbs of beef measured out? Are you using a little digital scale or just eyeballing it? I know I doubt I could eat half that in a day. 5 cups of oats at a time seems crazy, even by itself.
