    How many of you guys use this ? I'm not going to change up what I eat, it's more that I slip into not counting over time and I want to see how far I am on any given day from where my diet should be. I did this years ago and was shocked, hopefully it's not that bad this time around.

    I used it to design my diets when I am eating carbs. Since I mainly cut them out, I have not used them. I don't really eat non-Chris prepared meals so its pointless to track it day after day. I just note when I deviate from my meal plan and make up for it.

      I use it every day. Great program. Although after some time, I know exactly what i am eating and how many calories, so I am not as disciplined about entering the information.

        You never stated how you like it and if you are utilizing it daily? Its just too much work if you have a regimented day when you think about it.
