why don't you cook your rice ? Isn't that like eating sunflower seeds instead of spittin em ? How many gallons is 6 litres lol ? Can you break it down as in how many grams of protein per serving - like 300 grams of tuna , does that imply you are eating 300 grmas of tuna or 300 grams worth of protein of tuna :retard: ???? Seriously it's hard for me to figure out where you're at because of the language differences. That's your fault btw. :D

I think he probably meant that the measurement (2 cups) was done uncooked.

The breakdown I have always followed is:

Protein: 1.5g /lb of lean body mass
              Fats: 25% of calorie intake
              Carbs: The rest

Total calories are determined by goals.

I don't like your 1500hrs meal. That's a lot of simple sugars. I would rather make have a piece of chicken, beef, or fish with a cup of greens, just as good. Or have almonds and chicken. Or even a shake and peanut butter or shake and almonds, etc... (Many different arrangements)

If you really want to eat fruit, drop down your overall carbohydrate intake, and eat 1 small fruit in between your meals, but don't need fruits past 18:00 or carbs

looks good redback. i would change the morning meal to 50 grams protein powder instead of 30.

also, is meal 4 like a pre workout meal?

do you have a post workout shake?
