    dont like the 1500 meal My guess is your leaning up? no need for all the sugar in the fruit or yogurt.

    just curious why at 1800 you bumped up your beef to 300Gs when the other meals it was 200Gs

    Are you using any oils or sups for fats?

        2 cups of rice uncooked is equal to close to 100 carbs if I am not mistaken. Do you feel bloated after that redback? I am curious how it is handled all at once

          LOL are you serious? if so that is way way to much rice bro. how much do you weigh. Id say 2 cups cooked max! I eat just over a cup close to 1.25 (cooked)

            10 grams branch chain amino acids
            5 grams glutamine
            1 piece of fruit

                Its a pre workout meal mate. Not leaning up. Using olive oil when coking the meats.

                      LOL I only eat 1.25 cups with every meal and I weigh 245lbs If i ate 2 cups I might weigh 260 with a big belly

                        If your eating 1.25 with every meal then your eating more rice than me. I'm eating 2 cups with only one meal.
